Welcome to Account Mart ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Account Mart mobile application (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ridhaan Choudhary (operating as Account Mart).
Account Mart is a professional freelance platform connecting Business Clients with Digital Marketing Consultants. Our specific purpose is to facilitate Work-for-Hire contracts regarding:
Brand Strategy: Consulting on digital identity and positioning.
Content Development: Creation of visual assets, copywriting, and schedules.
Audience Growth: Strategic planning for organic reach.
Analytics Review: Performance auditing and reporting.
2.1 Communication Venue The Platform acts strictly as a communication interface. We provide the infrastructure for users to discuss marketing strategies, define scopes of work, and manage project milestones. We are not a party to any Service Contract between users.
"Client": A user seeking to hire professional assistance for a creative or strategic project.
"Consultant": A user offering digital skills, marketing expertise, or creative services.
"Project": The specific scope of work agreed upon between Client and Consultant (e.g., "Monthly SEO Campaign," "Logo Design," or "Growth Consultation").
"Service Contract": The direct legal agreement formed between a Client and a Consultant to perform the work.
To ensure the integrity of the Platform, the following are STRICTLY PROHIBITED:
Violation of Third-Party Terms: Any activity that violates the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or Policies of a third-party platform (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Krafton) is strictly prohibited on Account Mart.
Fraud & Impersonation: Providing false information or misrepresenting one's identity or services.
Spam & Phishing: Soliciting sensitive personal data or engaging in unsolicited bulk messaging.
Illegal Services: Offering any service that violates local laws or regulations.
Violation of this section will result in an immediate permanent ban.
Users on Account Mart engage in Direct Service Contracts.
Deliverables: The specific outcome of the Project is determined solely between the Client and Consultant. "Deliverables" refers to the final work product (e.g., "Marketing Report," "Visual Assets," or "Completed Strategy").
Completion: A Project is considered "Complete" when the Consultant has fulfilled the agreed-upon Scope of Work and the Client has accepted the Deliverables.
To ensure security for Service Contracts:
Funds Reservation: Funds are reserved by Account Mart when a Service Contract begins. This ensures the Consultant is confident they will be paid for their labor.
Release of Funds: Funds are released to the Consultant only when the Client marks the Project as "Successfully Completed" in their dashboard.
Verification: It is the Client's sole responsibility to verify that the Service has been performed to their satisfaction before marking the order as complete.
Finality: Once funds are released, the Service Contract is considered closed.
Service Connection Fee: Account Mart charges a fee for facilitating the secure contract and providing communication tools. This fee is deducted from the total Project value at the time of payout.
Taxes: Users are solely responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes resulting from their Service Contracts.
8.1 Strict Adherence The Platform facilitates professional services that function within the ecosystems of third-party platforms. You agree that your use of the Platform must strictly comply with the Terms of Service of these third parties. 8.2 Liability Account Mart disclaims all liability for users who misuse the platform to violate the rights or Terms of Service of any third party. The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that the requested Project is compliant with all applicable external rules.
Data Privacy: Users are responsible for protecting their own confidential information. Account Mart advises users to maintain strict security practices.
Professionalism: Harassment, spamming, or fraudulent misrepresentation of skills is grounds for termination.

Instagram / Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.)
BGMI (Krafton, Inc.)
Telegram FZ-LLC
Fair Use Notice: The use of any trade name, trademark, logo, or brand name on this Platform is for identification and reference purposes only (Nominative Fair Use). These marks are used solely to describe the compatibility of our services with the respective platforms.
All product and company names are trademarks™ or registered® trademarks of their respective holders.
Use of them does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Account Mart and its operator shall not be liable for:
Service Disputes: Any disputes arising directly between a Client and a Consultant regarding the quality or delivery of services.
Third-Party Actions: The suspension or termination of accounts by platforms like YouTube or Instagram due to user activity.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Account Mart, its operator, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of any third-party right.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
